The universe is infinite as well as human curiosity. The Czech Mint combines both of these forces in a new collection called the Solar System.

The obverse side of the coin depicts the entire solar system and presents the astronomical symbols of each planet. In the center of the system there is a portrait of Elizabeth II, which, along with the name of the Queen, the year of the issue 2021 and the nominal value of 1 DOLLAR (NZD) belong to necessary attributes of the coin issuer. This is the Pacific island of Niue, which provides the Czech Mint with a foreign license to mint its own commemorative coins.
